  1. What is Plastic?

“Plastics is the term used to describe a wide range of synthetic or semi-synthetic materials that are used in a huge and growing range of applications. The raw materials used to produce plastics are natural products such as cellulose, coal, natural gas, salt and, of course, crude oil.”

We can find plastic in any product which we use in our daily life. Most of our food and drink, clothes we wear, and the devices we use these all are wrapped up in plastic. For an example Maggie masala packet to washing machine all the product contain plastic.

Animal life and water bodies are also affected by the use of plastic.
